We work with you to create simple plans that fit your specific needs, focusing on real growth and a better spot in the market.

Your Part in Our Partnership

To get the best results from our work together, we need your full cooperation. This includes giving us honest information about your business, making decisions in a timely manner, and carrying out the practical steps we plan together. We can give you the map and directions, but you need to drive the 'samochód' (car) to your destination.

How Payment Works

We will always agree on the cost of our services and how payments will be made before we start any work. We'll send you clear invoices for our help. Payment is expected on time, as we've discussed. If you have any questions or concerns about a bill, please reach out to us right away so we can sort it out.

Keeping Your Business Secrets Private

We promise to keep all your business information private and safe. What you share with us about your customers, sales figures, or future plans stays strictly confidential. We treat your business details with the same care and respect a 'babcia' (grandma) treats her most cherished family recipes.

What We Are Not Responsible For

We give you our best, honest, and practical advice based on our experience. However, we cannot guarantee specific business results. Many things outside of our control can affect a business, like changes in the market or customer choices. We are not responsible for any losses you might have from following our advice, or for situations beyond our reasonable control. We're here to guide, not to guarantee a specific outcome.

Who Owns the Ideas and Materials

Any new marketing plans, strategies, reports, or materials we create specifically for your business become your property once you've paid for our services in full. We, Biznes Od Podstaw, keep the rights to our general methods, tools, and general knowledge. We both agree to respect each other's intellectual work.

When Our Work Together Ends

Either you or Biznes Od Podstaw can decide to end our working relationship. We ask for at least 30 days' notice in writing so we can wrap things up properly and smoothly. If we need to stop services for a serious reason, like a breach of these terms or unpaid invoices, we might do so with proper notice.

If We Don't Agree on Something

If a disagreement comes up between us, let's talk about it first. We believe most problems can be solved with a calm, honest conversation, just like in any good community meeting ('spotkanie osiedlowe'). Our goal is always to find a fair and practical solution for everyone involved.
