Biznes Od Podstaw started because we saw many hardworking small business owners in Poland struggling. They often had great ideas and passion, but needed help with the "how-to" part of growing a business – especially getting customers and making their name known. Our founder, Jan Nowak, grew up watching his parents run a small 'sklep spożywczy' (grocery store) in a Wrocław suburb. He saw firsthand the daily challenges. He understood that these businesses didn't need big, fancy reports or complicated theories. They needed clear, real-world advice that actually works on the streets of Kraków or in the small towns of Mazury. So, he built a team to offer just that: direct, practical help. We focus on helping you talk better with your customers, find smart ways to market your shop, and make your business a name people trust.
